[面试]非常不愉快的一次面试经历
上周，小菜鸟参加一个面试，约好11点。10：50到达他们的店里（因分公司刚组建不久，还没有租赁写字楼，后勤人员暂时在店里办公），店员告知经理11：20到，不守时，或者临时有重要的事情吧，等~~<br><br>期间遇到另一应聘者，便站着聊了聊，得知她也是通知的11点，但不是应聘同一职位。眼看快12点了，经理还没来，也没人给我们解释，退都站的有些疼了，心中不悦。<br><br>12点，可爱的经理终于姗姗到来。被一男性店员打声招呼进里面的办公室：“你们两个是不也是来面试的？过来！”汗！进里面才发现有两人比我们早到，坐在会议室正喝水，更汗！一问，大家约的都是11点。按个和经理谈，轮到我时已快12：30。我刚做完简单的介绍，经理说人事上的事她不懂，得给外地的总部打电话问一下，让我先等。这次还好，等的时候有座位有水了~~<br><br>12：40，秘书告诉我需要和总部人事进行视频面试，不过得在午饭后，让我先吃饭，我想顺手带着我的文件夹，结果那秘书说先放这吧！（难道怕我不回来了？）约在1：10.<br><br>1：05，我再次回来。告诉我总部的人事正在开会，又是等。期间经理问我是否考虑其他职位，说其实想招个懂财务的，以后公司人员配齐了人事也没什么事了，可以兼出纳。（汗！为何招聘广告没写这一条？）<br><br>1：30，告诉我总部人事电话一直占线，漫长的等待，1：50，我的耐心终于到达终点！告诉他们，转告总部人事：我下午还有其他面试，我也很忙，不等了。秘书赶忙说一直在打电话，管他呢，我的时间不是时间吗，走人！</b><br><br>非常不愉快的一次面试经历！连我这个小菜鸟都发现了这家公司在管理上的诸多问题：<br>1. 店员缺少礼仪接待方面的培训。虽然应聘者并不是当前的顾客，但一家公司的前台接待直接体现了个公司的精神面貌，况且这也是对自己公司和产品宣传的机会，谁敢保证应聘者以后就不会成为客户呢？<br><br>2. 对职责认识不清。觉得人事只是负责招聘，做工资，办保险。忽略了考核，培训等其他人事工作，可见公司在这些方面是空白，如果有良好的考核和培训体系的话，也就不会出现前台不会接待和打声招呼的情形了。<br><br>3. 面试安排不周。所有的职位和人员都安排在同一时间，造成重复等待和混乱不清。<br><br>4.
